Damages During Your Stay and Our
Periodic Inspections.


Damages can be charged as unreparable damages or it's going to be replaced damages. Example, if an iron mark is found on the carpet, you'll have to replace the carpet in that room. If it's repaired and you can see the results of the repair, the carpet will have to be replaced. There are many examples of carpet damage.





If, during a periodic inspection we find a hole in the wall from a door knob, the cost to restore will be your cost and upon discovery, not at move out.



Its only fair that you pay for damages and pay for the damages at discovery, not when you move out.

This holds true with any damage that is found. Payment at the discovery and not taken out of security deposit.
